I’ve seen how modern work culture can drain energy, compromise health, and leave people feeling like they have to choose between their careers and their well-being. That didn’t sit right with me. I knew there had to be a better way—a smarter way—to help people stay fit, focused, and fulfilled without overhauling their entire lifestyle or sacrificing time they don’t have.

So I gave this everything I had.
