About Me: My Journey to Wellness
There was a time when I felt completely lost. After childbirth, I struggled with severe weight gain, constant lethargy, and a deep sense of depression. I was always ambitious, but I couldn’t keep up with work. My coaching classes suffered, and so did my finances.
The frustration and hopelessness pushed me to the edge—I attempted to end it all three times. But life had other plans for me.
Everything changed when I understood the power of a balanced lifestyle. Thanks to Herbalife, I slowly rebuilt myself—physically, mentally, and emotionally. In the process, I lost 16 kgs and gained something far more valuable: a sense of control over my life.
Even today, when life gets overwhelming and I slip back into unhealthy habits, I know exactly how to reset. My journey isn’t about never struggling—it’s about always knowing how to get back on track.
